phpLoadBalancer enable website load-balancing to be implemented easily and conveniently. No need to edit DNS entries or install special hardware. All that you need to do is to enter the mirror URL(s) into the script, and that's it. Future versions may have the following features:

1. Setting priority level of the mirror
2. Mirror can serve in specified time only
3. Mirror with bandwidth cap may limit the bandwidth they're serving (frontpage mirror only)
4. Higher-priority for mirror in the same country as the current visitor
5. etc
